Product features of DG-702:
DG-702 surface sizing agent is a new type of surface sizing agent that can improve the water resistance and surface strength of paper or paperboard. It is widely used for surface sizing and coating of coated paperboard, kraft paperboard, craft paper, corrugating base paper, white paperboard, etc., it can be mixed with starch for use or used alone.
Under the synergistic effect of various functional monomers, this product has an excellent affinity with fibers, and the film-forming on the surface of sizing agent has good hydrophobicity and strength, which can greatly reduce the cobb value of paper. It can completely replace the sizing agent in pulp, purify the environment of paper machine system, reduce the pressure of water treatment (environmental protection) and reduce the production cost.
*DG-702 is a cationic medium-high molecular weight polymer, which has good affinity and retention with fibers during the sizing process, and has good compatibilities and synergistic effects with starch and other additives and dyes.
* This product can improve the surface strength and water resistance of paper sheets and completely replace the sizing agent in pulp, and the paper after sizing does not have the phenomenon of getting damp and de-sizing.
* This product can be effectively cross-linked with starch sizing solution, with significant characteristics of good film-forming property, low dosage, low cost and remarkable sizing effect, which can completely replace imported products.

Method of application and precautions of DG-702:
*The dosage of this product is usually 0.6kg - 3kg, and the dosage can be adjusted depending on the paper type and the actual production to determine the exact amount.
*When the gelatinization and heat preservation of starch solution are finished, lower the temperature to below 60℃, and note that the maximum temperature should not exceed 65℃
*Add aluminum sulfate according to 5 - 10 % (2 - 5 kg / t paper) of the starch used, and then stir well.
*Add this product in a fixed quantity and stir evenly.
*This product can also be added metrically and continuously, the aluminum sulfate addition point is generally at the inlet of the rubber pump, and the addition point of this product is at the outlet of the rubber pump.

*DG-702 is a water-soluble polymer, which is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-strong corrosive and can be transported by road and rail.
* Abide by conventional industrial production regulations during the use of DG-702 to avoid polluting the environment. Use the container made of inert material to collect spilled liquid polymer and remove it with appropriate method.
* This product is non-toxic. Abide by general industry protection regulations during its use, and don't need to take special protection measures. In case of spatter and dirt, please rinse with a large amount of water.
* This product shall be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place to avoid severe freezing and insolation, its shelf life is 6 months at 0 - 35℃.
